1. Overview
At Kemetion, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for appliance purchases or marketing retainers.
2. Appliance Refunds
- Eligibility: You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Procedure:
- Contact support@kemetion.com with order number and photos of the issue.
- We arrange a pickup of the appliance at no cost.
- Once inspected and confirmed, we process the refund within 5 business days.
- Exclusions: No refunds for change of mind, cosmetic damage after installation, or products outside the 7-day window.
- Refund Method: Original payment method. EMI cancellations coordinated with financing partner; any processing fees are borne by Kemetion.
3. Marketing Retainer Refunds
- Initial Term: Minimum 3-month commitment. No refunds for partial use within this term.
- Post-Term Cancellation: After 3 months, you may cancel with 30 days’ notice and receive a pro-rata refund for unused days.
- Ad Spend: Ad platform spend (Google, Facebook) is not refundable by Kemetion—any unspent budget remains in your account.
- Request Process: Email marketing@kemetion.com with your retainer ID. Refunds processed within 10 business days via original payment method.
4. Exceptions & Conditions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Appliance has been installed incorrectly or used improperly.
- You fail to provide required proof or miss the refund window.
- Marketing cancellation notice is less than 30 days post initial term.
