1. Introduction
Welcome to Kemetion PVT LTD. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including:
- Retail sale of electrical/electronic household goods (refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, etc.)
- Digital marketing services (PPC, performance campaigns, display & search advertising, SEO, social media)
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be 18+ and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. For certain digital marketing services, an account registration may be required. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete information when creating an account;
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials;
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Appliance Purchases
- Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in INR and exclude delivery/installation unless stated. Payment options include upfront, EMI via partners, or other methods we support.
- Delivery & Installation: Next-day delivery in Tangar; same-day in core Ranchi. Installation by certified technicians is subject to site suitability and access.
- Warranty & Support: Manufacturer’s standard warranty applies. Extended warranty or maintenance plans are additional.

4. Digital Marketing Services
- Scope: Includes strategy, campaign setup, creative, optimization, and reporting as agreed in your service order.
- Fees & Billing: Monthly retainers billed in advance. Ad spend is billed separately by ad platforms.
- Performance: We use best efforts and industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific ROI or rankings.
- Term & Termination: Initial term is 3 months minimum. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice; pro-rata refunds on retainers apply per our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Kemetion PVT LTD. You may not reproduce or use them without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kemetion PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Ranchi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updates.
